Alleged iQOO Neo 7 appears on Geekbench with Dimensity 9000+ SoC, 12GB RAM

iQOO Neo 7 will be launched in China soon. Neo 7 will succeed the Neo 6 that was released last year. It is expected that the Neo 7 will launch in China in the coming weeks, and there have been numerous leaks revealing its charging speed, processor, and battery.

Now that the phone is getting closer to its launch date, it has been spotted on Geekbench with the model number “Vivo V2231A”. A lot of information has been revealed in the listing, including the OS version, the processor, the RAM, and much more.

Geekbench has spotted a possible iQOO Neo 7 with MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ SoC and Mali G710 GPU. The handset tested on the benchmarking site has 12GB of RAM.

This device comes with Android 13 preinstalled. Furthermore, this device is expected to be the first iQOO phone to ship with Android 13 OS. On the single-core and multi-core tests, the device scored 1231 and 4251, respectively.

It is also expected to have a 6.78-inch E5 AMOLED display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate. The Neo 7 is said to support 120W fast charging and is reportedly equipped with a 5,000mAh battery. 

Optics-wise, the smartphone is likely to have a triple-camera setup with a 50MP primary camera, a 13MP ultrawide camera, and a 12MP portrait-telephoto camera.
