Alleged Poco F2 Screen Protector Leak Reveals Front Design

After launching the Redmi K20 series, it seems that the company is now all set to launch the successor of Poco F1 smartphone under the sub-brand Poco. A new leaked screen protector image of Xiaomi’s upcoming smartphone Poco F2 has surfaced on the web.

The leaked image comes from Slashleaks, and show off the smartphone’s front panel. The leaked screen protector of the alleged Poco F2 shows the upcoming smartphone will come with a waterdrop notched display and comparatively thinner bezels.

Screen protectors, especially at this stage, are in no way a clear indication of things to happen. Even though the current screen protector leak does not report any specifications of the Poco F2, it is expected to come equipped with Snapdragon 855 SoC under the hood with up to 8GB of RAM. To recall, the Poco F1 was kitted with the Snapdragon 845 SoC which consists of an Octa-Core CPU and the Adreno 630 GPU.

The smartphone is expected to be priced between Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 22,000 in India. It is worth to mention that the company’s recently launched flagship the Redmi K20 price in India starts at Rs. 21,999 for the base variant with 6GB RAM + 64GB storage variant, whereas the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant costs Rs. 23,999.

While the existence of the Poco F2 smartphone has not been confirmed yet, it is being reported that the smartphone could go official any time in the coming months. To conclude, all details including price and full specifications of the Poco F2 will be cleared when the company formally announces it.
