Gionee 13 Pro launched with HarmonyOS; looks similar to iPhone 13

A new Gionee smartphone, the Gionee 13 Pro, has been unveiled in China. At first glance, it looks like an Apple iPhone 13 / iPhone 13 Pro. It is also the first non-Huawei device to come with HarmonyOS. Below are all the specifications, features, and pricing details for the Gionee 13 Pro.

Gionee 13 Pro specifications

Gionee 13 Pro sports a 6.26-inch LCD panel with an HD+ resolution, a 19:9 aspect ratio, and a 90.3 percent screen-to-body ratio. Just like the iPhone 13, the Gionee 13 Pro has flat edges. On the right side of the device are a volume rocker and a red-coloured power key. It lacks a fingerprint scanner but supports face unlock.

It is powered by the Unisoc T310 chipset. A 5000mAh battery powers the device, which can be charged via USB-C. It ships with HarmonyOS and offers HMS (Huawei Mobile Services).

Gionee 13 Pro’s rear camera resembles the one on the iPhone 13 and features a 13-megapixel dual-camera system, along with an LED flash and a microphone. There is no information on the device’s secondary camera. A 5-megapixel camera sits in the display notch for selfies and video calls. 

Gionee 13 Pro pricing, availability

There are two variants available: 4GB RAM + 32GB storage and 4GB RAM + 128GB storage. Pricing for the Gionee 13 Pro starts at 529 Yuan (approx. Rs 6,239). It is available in Deep Sea Blue, Glow Gold, Brilliant Purple, and Graphite Black colors.
