Infinix Hot 12 released in India with Helio G37 SoC, 50MP triple camera setup

As part of its Hot 12 series, Infinix has launched a new smartphone in India called Infinix Hot 12. The key highlights of the phone are MediaTek Helio G37 SoC, 6000mAh battery, and a 50-megapixel triple rear camera setup.

Infinix Hot 12 comes with a single storage option of 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Priced at Rs 9,499, the smartphone will go on sale from August 23 through Flipkart in Exploratory Blue, Polar Black, Purple, and Turquoise Cyan colour options.

Infinix Hot 12 Specifications

Infinix Hot 12 carries a 6.82-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with 720×1640 pixels resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, 480 nits brightness, and a 180Hz touch sampling rate. There is a MediaTek Helio G37 processor inside along with 4 GB RAM, up to 3 GB of Virtual RAM, and 64 GB of internal storage. The storage is further expandable up to 256GB.

The phone features a triple rear camera setup with a quad-LED flash. The camera setup on the back is led by a 50-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.6 aperture accompanied by a 2-megapixel Depth Lens and an AI Lens. Upfront, there is an 8-megapixel shooter with f/2.0 aperture and a dedicated single LED flash.

Additionally, it has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. Software-wise, the smartphone runs XOS 10 based on Android 11. The device has a massive 6000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. 

As for connectivity, the handset supports dual-SIM, 4G, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, A-GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS and has a USB-C port and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It measures 171.5×77.5×9.2mm.
