Key Specs and Images of Vivo Dual-screen Phone Leaked

In October, Nubia launched world’s first dual screen smartphone and earlier this week it was reported that another Chinese company Vivo also working on similar dual screen phone.
Now a leakster from China shared a latest information on the upcoming Vivo dual screen smartphone and he has also claimed that it will belong to the NEX series of smartphones from the Vivo. Moreover on another Weibo post, the same leakster has shared the front and rear images of the alleged phone.

Just like company’s popular Vivo NEX, the upcoming dual screen phone is also expected to sport a 6.4-inch notch-less OLED screen on the front. The device is expected to support Full HD+ resolution.

Vivo skips on a front-facing camera to attain an enhanced screen-to-body ratio and user you can click selfies using the primary dual camera setup of 16-megapixel + 24-megapixel.

The back panel of the Vivo dual screen phone might be equipped with an OLED screen. However, the exact size of the screen is still unknown. The smartphone will have a support for 22.5W fast charging, but the exact information on the battery size is not available.
The leakster even claimed that the rumored Vivo NEX phone is expected to sport a design similar to the Nubia X, it will be offering a higher screen-to-body ratio. The smartphone is expected to announce in December.

The pictures shared by the tipster uncovers that the unannounced Vivo’s dual screen phone will be outfitted with an astonishing bezel-less display on the front that will offer a noteworthy screen space. The rear of the phone includes a smaller display with Vivo branding below it. Over the secondary display of the device there is a LED flash pursued by horizontal dual camera setup.

Apart from above specs, there is no information available on other specs of the phone.

To recall, recently launched Nubia X comes with a 6.26-inch and 5.1-inch dual displays. The primary display of 6.26-inch comes with a resolution of 1080×2280 pixels and 19:9 aspect ratio. There is a layer of Gorilla Glass 3 on top of the display for added protection and there will be a 96 percent NTSC color gamut.

The new Nubia X also has a dual camera setup includes a 16-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, PDAF, dual-tone LED flash; and a 24-megapixel secondary sensor with f/1.7 aperture and dual-tone LED flash. There is no front camera, but since the smartphone has a display at the back, the user can use it to take selfies.
