Lava BeU Android 10 Go Edition smartphone launched in India for Rs 6,888

Indian smartphone maker Lava has unveiled a new woman-centric smartphone in India called the Lava BeU. The smartphone comes in a Rose Pink color and is priced at Rs 6,888. The phone is listed on the Lava International website and there are no details regarding the availability of the phone in India.

It is a new entrant in the budget smartphone segment and the phone runs on the Android 10 Go edition operating system. Some key highlights of the Lava BeU include dual rear cameras, a fingerprint sensor, and a 4060mAh battery.

Lava BeU Specifications

As far as specifications are concerned, the Lava BeU flaunts a 6.08-inch HD+ dew-drop notch display with a screen resolution of 1560 x 720 pixels and a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It is fueled by a 1.6GHz octa-core processor coupled with IMG8322 GPU. The device offers 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 256GB by adding a microSD card.

The device sports a dual rear camera setup with a 13-megapixel rear camera with f/1.85 aperture and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with a LED flash. The front is home to an 8-megapixel selfie shooter with an f/2.2 aperture. 

The phone boots Android 10 Go operating system out of the box and comes equipped with a 4060mAh removable battery. Other features of the phone are the rear-facing fingerprint sensor, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, GLONASS, dual-SIM, and micro USB port.
