Meizu 16Xs With Notchless Display and Triple Rear Cameras Appears On TENAA

The Meizu 16Xs has just surfaced on TENAA (China’s equivalent to the FCC). This listing reveals the specs and images of the device, and it seems like the Meizu 16Xs will sport a notchless display, like many other handsets out there these days.

Today, the handset got its confirmation on the TENAA. The China-based certification organization has listed this latest Meizu 16Xs on its database. While TENAA listings are believed to be true, it is unfortunate that these listing sometimes lacks the complete information.

As far as the earlier reports are concerned, the Meizu 16Xs could sport a 6-inch AMOLED screen without any notch and it will feature an impressive 90.62% screen-to-body ratio. It will allegedly be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 SoC. Talking about the latest Snapdragon 712 processor, it is built on the same 10nm process as the Snapdragon 710 but is claimed to deliver a 10% increase in performance. While the device could be accompanied with a 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The device will have an in-display fingerprint sensor and is expected ship with 6GB of RAM with 64GB/128GB of storage, respectively.

This upcoming device is likely to pack a 48-MP primary sensor camera on the back, however, there is no confirmation from the company. Rumors suggest the mid-range smartphone will be priced somewhere around CNY 2,500 (approx. Rs. 25,400).

It is still unclear when this handset will launch, it is possible that it will launch as soon as it is spotted on major certification website and chances are we’ll see more leaks soon.
