Nokia 7.2 with Snapdragon 660 Chipset Visits Geekbench

The Nokia 7.2 has passed through Geekbench. A device with model number HMD Global Nokia 7.2 hints that the handset could be built around the Snapdragon 660 SoC, backed by 6GB of RAM.

The Geekbench listing reveals some information on what to expect from the device. As per Geekbench, the Nokia 7.2 will come with the latest Android 9 Pie out of the box. At its core will lie a respectable Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset clocked at 1.84GHz paired with 6GB of RAM. There should be other RAM variants too but this might be the highest configuration. To recall, its predecessor, the Nokia 7.1 was launched in 3GB RAM and 6GB RAM variants.

The performance is somewhat encouraging, returning 1604 points in the single-core test and 5821 points in the multi-core test.

As per the earlier reports, the upcoming Nokia 7.2 is tipped to feature a 6.18-inch full HD+ display with a U-shaped display notch. The triple rear camera setup on the rear will be arranged in a circular housing and the setup will comprise of a 48-megapixel primary sensor.
