Ahead of the launch, it has been confirmed that both models will come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus, the faster version of Snapdragon 855 SoC. Furthermore, the report suggests that the launch event will be held in New Delhi this year.

OnePlus is likely to use a circular camera enclosure on the upcoming OnePlus 7T and OnePlus 7T Pro, instead of the vertical stacking seen on current OnePlus phones. Earlier leaked renders and reports had already given us an early glimpse at what to expect from the upcoming OnePlus 7T series in terms of design and specs.

According to the popular Indian tipster Ishan Agarwal, the smartphone will also have a smaller notch than its predecessor. Further, he claimed that OnePlus 7T will feature a 6.55-inch display and will switch to a Quad HD+ Super AMOLED with 90Hz refresh rate. In other words, OnePlus 7T is set to get the same display panel like the one seen on OnePlus 7 Pro.

The company is likely to introduce the phones in 8GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB internal storage options. Moreover, OnePlus is expected to offer the phone in frosted silver and haze blue color options. Apart from Snapdragon 855 Plus, OnePlus 7T will also change to the rear camera setup. It will come equipped with the triple rear-camera setup instead of the dual-camera setup seen on OnePlus 7.

The leak also claims OnePlus 7T will be equipped with a 48-megapixel main camera aided by a 16-megapixel secondary camera and a 12-megapixel tertiary camera. The additional two sensors might be used for ultra-wide-angle and telephoto shots. Upfront, there will be a 16-megapixel sensor. It will include features such as support for 960fps slow-motion video recording, wide-angle video, and nightscape mode.
