OnePlus 8 Pro Revealed on Geekbench with 12GB RAM, Android 10

OnePlus is all set to launch its brand new flagship OnePlus 8 series of smartphones on April 14. The launch date is a few days away now. That being said, we have something interesting for you ahead of the official launch. Today, we spotted the OnePlus 8 Pro smartphone on Geekbench, which reveals some key information about the device right ahead of its launch. Take a look at the Geekbench database listing for the OnePlus 8 Pro smartphone and find out what OnePlus has to offer with the new phone.

According to a report from the Chinese website ITHome, OnePlus 8 Pro spotted on the Geekbench 5 database with the model number IN2025. The OnePlus 8 Pro is listed with 12GB RAM, but there will be more memory and storage models. The handset will run Android 10 out of the box with OxygenOS. The Geekbench listing reveals the Octa-core ARM processor. However, the listing doesn’t reveal the exact SoC name.

On the performance front, the OnePlus 8 Pro scores 906 and 3,398 points in single-core and multi-core tests respectively. 

Based on the earlier reports, OnePlus 8 Pro will come with a 6.65-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Recently, the brand has received an A+ rating from DisplayMate for the OnePlus 8 series display. The company also claimed that the new series broke 13 Display performance records.

Furthermore, the handset is already reported to pack new and powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC. It will feature up to 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. In terms of optics, there will be a quad rear camera setup with a 48-megapixel primary sensor. On the front, it is tipped to feature a single selfie camera with a punch-hole display design.

Via
