OnePlus Nord 2 price in India leaked ahead of launch

OnePlus will unveil the Nord 2 on July 22 alongside the OnePlus Buds Pro. Several specifications have been teased by the brand, including a Dimensity 1200 SoC and a 90Hz display. We now have information about OnePlus Nord 2’s price and key specifications in India.

In collaboration with tipster Yogesh, 91Mobiles leaked the OnePlus Nord 2 pricing information. According to the leak, the 8GB + 128GB model is priced at Rs 31,999 and the 12GB + 256GB model is priced at Rs 34,999. It will come in Grey Sierra and Blue Haze colours. For the first time, the price of a OnePlus Nord device will surpass Rs 30,000.

As confirmed by the company, the phone will feature a 6.43-inch FHD+ 90Hz AMOLED touchscreen. It is expected to launch in two configurations – 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB. It will be the first phone to run on the new OxygenOS 11 whose codebase has been merged with ColorOS. Recently, the company announced it will receive 2 years of major software upgrades and 3 years of security patches.

There will be an in-display fingerprint sensor on the OnePlus Nord 2 5G. Furthermore, it will be powered by a 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast charging. The device will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 – AI chipset.

Reportedly, the OnePlus Nord 2 will boast a triple-camera setup at the back. The device will feature a 50 MP Sony IMX766 primary camera, an 8 MP ultrawide sensor, and a 2 MP mono sensor. For selfies, the phone will be equipped with a Sony IMX616 32MP camera.

Additionally, the device offers dual speakers, dual 5G, Haptics 2.0, and a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 screen. According to the render, the phone will have a corner-punch-hole camera and slim bezels on all sides. Furthermore, this confirms that the phone will only have one front-facing camera instead of dual cameras on the predecessor.
