Chinese smartphone brand Oppo has slashed the price of its two budget smartphones Oppo A1k and Oppo A5S. The Oppo A1k has got a price drop of Rs 500. Launched at Rs 8,490, the smartphone is now selling at Rs 7,990. On the other hand, the Oppo A5S has received a price cut of Rs 1000 and it can now be purchased at Rs 8,990 for the 2GB RAM and 32GB storage model. The 3GB RAM variant with 32GB storage is available for Rs 9,990. The new prices are available only on Flipkart.
To recall, the company has slashed the price of Oppo K1, Oppo F11 Pro and Oppo A5 models in India. The price cut on Oppo A1k and Oppo A5S were first tweeted by Mumbai-based retailer Mahesh Telecom.
Oppo A1k Specifications
Oppo A1k comes with a 6.1 inch HD + display and waterdrop notch. It is also powered with MediaTek Helio P22 processor and comes with 2GB RAM – 32GB internal storage option.
On the camera front, it features an 8MP camera on the back and a 5MP camera on the front side for selfies and video calls. It runs ColorOS 6 based on Android 9 Pie and the smartphone is packed with a 4,000mAh battery which supports 2x Fast Charge.
OPPO A5s Specifications
OPPO A5s features a 6.2-Inch IPS LCD display with HD+ 720 x 1520 pixels resolution. Under the hood of the smartphone runs MediaTek MT6765 Helio P35 octa-core processor with a PowerVR GE8320 GPU paired with 2GB / 3GB / 4GB of RAM and 32GB or 64GB of internal storage. The internal storage of the device can be further expanded up to 256GB via microSD card slot. For photography, OPPO A5s sports a dual-camera setup at the rear comprising of a 13-megapixel and 2-megapixel sensors. On the front, it houses an 8-megapixel camera for selfies. Furthermore, the smartphone features AI Beautification 2.0 with advanced AI technology and deep learning to enhance your selfies.
On the software front, OPPO A5s runs Android 8.1-based on ColorOS 5.2. The smartphone packs a 4,230mAh battery.
