Oppo A91 Geekbench Score, Press Renders Leaked; Launch Expected Soon

Oppo A91 smartphone has been leaked again to further give us a hint at its launch. The Geekbench listing and the press renders of the Oppo A91 revealing more details including its design and hardware details have surfaced online. Earlier this week, Oppo A8 was spotted on TENAA with full specifications.

To begin with the Geekbench result, the Geekbench site reveals that the Oppo A91 could boot Android 9 Pie OS. The handset is reported to pack MediaTek’s octa-core MT6771V/CT processor that has a base frequency of 1.99GHz. While the SoC details have not been tipped, the phone is likely to get 8GB of RAM. With that in reference, the Oppo A91 managed to score 1479 points in the single-core test and 5733 points in the multi-core test.

Moving on, the leaked render shows the phone in gradient blue and black colors. The rear side of the phone has a gradient appeal, but it is not clear whether it is a glass rear or a glossy polycarbonate back. It has a quad-camera setup on the back. Upfront, it has a waterdrop notched display. The render further confirms the slim design of the phone. There are 3.5mm audio jack, a microphone, a USB-C port and an external speaker on the bottom side of the phone. While the power button and volume rockers are placed on the right and the left edge of the handset respectively.

Oppo A91 Press Renders

Recently, the phone has appeared on TENAA listing, which revealed the 6.4-inch AMOLED full HD+ display which is embedded with a fingerprint reader. Rumors have it that it features the same 3.0 technology in-display fingerprint sensor that is available on the Reno2. It offers a 20:9 aspect ratio. According to the listing, the Oppo A91 will pack a 4,025mAh battery. In terms of storage, the handset will come with up to 256 GB internal storage and a microSD card slot for expansion of storage. On the front, there will be a 16-megapixel shooter. 16-megapixel. In the camera department, the quad-camera setup will include a 48-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel secondary sensor, a 2-megapixel, and another 2-megapixel sensor.
