Oppo K3 Specifications Leaked, to Come with ‘Shark-Fin’ Pop-Up Selfie Camera

The Oppo K3 is being prepared for a release in China in the near future, as evident by a leaked screenshot of what the mid-range K series smartphone will offer in terms of hardware specifications. According to the reports, the main highlight of the upcoming Oppo K3 will be its “shark-fin” front-facing pop-up camera something that we have seen on the Oppo Reno previously, in terms of looks and operating mechanism.

Oppo K3 Specifications

Based on the leaks, the Oppo K3 is expected to feature a 6.5-inch display with a screen resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. It is also expected to feature “next-gen” optical in-display fingerprint sensor, 3,700mAh battery with support for 20W VOOC 3.0 fast charging technology. Under the hood, there will be a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 octa-core SoC.

For photography, it is expected to be equipped with a 16-megapixel and 2-megapixel dual rear cameras. On the front, it will feature 16-megapixel shooter for selfies and video calls. The handset will run on ColorOS 6 based on Android 9 Pie out-of-the-box.

The Oppo K3 will launch in 6 GB RAM and 8GB RAM variants. Both the variants will have the 128GB of internal storage. The device will measure 161.2 x 76 x 9.4 mm and it will weigh 191 grams. The phone will have a plastic build as per the reports. Connectivity options include a USB Type-C port and an audio jack.

Pricing details remain unconfirmed at the moment, although the device should not cost more than 25,000 rupees.
