Oppo Reno 3, Reno 3 Pro Live Images and Price Leaked, Launch Scheduled on December 26

Oppo Reno 3 and Oppo Reno 3 Pro are all set to launch on December 26 in China, but it appears that leaks will spoil the surprises for waiting fans. Barely a week ahead of the official launch, live images of the Reno 3 series and its pricing have surfaced online.

In the leaked hands-on images, the Oppo Reno 3 is seen with a waterdrop-style notch up front and a slight chin at the bottom of the display. The phone has a quad-camera setup at the rear, with the LED flash on its right, and the back panel has a unique blue gradient pattern. The display of the phone shows, it will run on the Android 10 based on ColorOS, 8GB RAM, and 128GB native storage.

The leaked images show the Oppo Reno 3 Pro will feature a left-aligned punch-hole cutout that houses the 32-megapixel selfie camera. The image shows the phone featuring a display that is slightly curved towards the edges. Furthermore, there is also an in-display fingerprint sensor.

On the right side, it has a power button while the volume rockers are located on the left edge. The bottom edge of the handset sports a USB-C port. The rear side of Reno 3 Pro has a vertical quad-camera setup that has ‘Ultra Steady’ text imprinted alongside. The phone is said to feature a 48-megapixel main lens, an 8-megapixel lens, a 13-megapixel sensor, and a 2-megapixel.

Previously, the Oppo Reno 3 Pro has appeared on the benchmarking site Geekbench with model number OPPO PCRM00. The listing revealed the octa-core processor clocked at 1.8GHz, 8GB of RAM and Android 10 OS on the phone. The handset is managed to achieve 2,847 points for a single-core test and 7,686 points for the multi-core test. The handset is tipped to pack a 4,025mAh battery that supports 30W VOOC 4.0 Flash Charge technology. It measures 159.4 x 72.4 x 7.7mm and it weighs 171 grams.

According to another report, Oppo will launch the Reno 3 and Reno 3 Pro 5G smartphones in China with a starting price of 3,199 Yuan (approx. Rs 32,000) for the base variant of Reno 3 with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. Furthermore, the top-end variant of the Reno 3 5G with 12GB RAM/256GB storage will cost 3,599 Yuan (approx. Rs 36,000).

Oppo Reno 3 Pro, on the other hand, is rumored to be priced at 3,699 Yuan (approx. Rs 38,000) and 4,199 Yuan (approx. Rs 43,000) for the 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage models respectively.
