Poco F4 5G was announced in India under its F-series. Alongside the Poco F4 5G, the Poco X4 GT made its debut globally and it is to launch in India as a Redmi K50i in India in the next few weeks.
Poco F4 5G Price in India, Availability
Poco F4 5G is launched in three variants and the price in India starts at Rs 27,999 for the base model with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. The 8GB RAM +128GB storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage models are priced Rs 29,999 and Rs 33,999, respectively.
The Poco F4 5G will be available in India via Flipkart from June 27. Customers can choose from Nebula Green and Night Black colour options. The launch offers include up to a Rs 3,000 instant discount with an SBI credit card/debit card and a Rs 1,000 pre-paid offer.
On the first day of purchase, customers will receive a Disney+ Hotstar membership for free, although the plan details have not been revealed.
Poco F4 5G Specifications
Poco F4 5G boasts a 6.67-inch E4 AMOLED panel with a 120Hz screen refresh rate, DCI-P3 gamut, 1300nits brightness, 360Hz sampling, and Corning Gorilla Galas protection. It also has support for Dolby Vision and HDR10+. The device features a dual speaker setup with Dolby Atmos.
Poco F4 5G is equipped with an octa-core Snapdragon 870 chipset, Liquidcool 2.0 cooling system with a 3112 mm sq. vapour chamber, and a 7-layer graphite sheets. It has up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
In terms of the camera setup, the Poco F4 5G has a triple rear camera setup, which includes a 64MP (f/1.79) main sensor with OIS and EIS support, an 8MP(f/2.2) ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP(f/2.4) macro snapper. The phone is equipped with a 20MP front-facing camera.
It is powered by a 4500mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging, which can charge the device by 50% in 11 minutes. The Poco smartphone features a squared-off design and is 7.7mm thin and weighs 195 grams.
Software-wise, it boots Android 12 based on MIUI 13. The phone also comes with support for 10 5G bands, Wi-Fi 6, NFC, IP53 rating, and Poco launcher 4.0.
