Poco M2 Pro launched in India with starting price of Rs 13,999: Price, Specifications

Poco M2 Pro is now official. Xiaomi‘s sub-brand has finally unveiled its new phone in India. The phone has launched in three variants: 4GB RAM + 64GB storage, 6GB RAM + 64GB storage and 6GB RAM and 128GB storage that are priced Rs 13,999, Rs 14,999 and Rs 16,999 respectively. It comes in three different colors: out of the blue, green and greener and two shades of black. The first sale of the device is scheduled for July 14, 2020 at 12:00PM IST and will be available for purchase via Flipkart.

Poco M2 Pro Specifications

In terms of specifications, the Poco M2 Pro comes equipped with a 6.67-inch FHD+ display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on both front and back and also on the camera module.   The display supports only 60Hz refresh rate. The display houses an 16-megapixel selfie camera in the notch. Powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G SoC, the smartphone offers 4GB/6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB expandable storage.

On the back, there is a quad rear camera setup including a 48-megapixel primary camera. It is paired with an 8-megapixel wide-angle sensor, a 5-megapixel macro and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The phone supports 4K video recording. There is a 3.5mm headphone jack which supports external mics as well.

There is also a fingerprint sensor placed on the side and it also has a dedicated microSD card slot. Backed by a 5,000mAh battery, the device supports 33W fast charging. It runs Android 10 out of the box and the Poco India general manager C Manmohan said that it will receive Android 11 update.
