Poco M2 Pro Spotted in Bluetooth SIG, WiFi Alliance Listing

Earlier, a report revealed that Xiaomi is working on a new smartphone, dubbed the Poco M2 Pro. Now, the device has been spotted on the Bluetooth SIG certification website and WiFi Alliance certification site, which has revealed the key specifications of the device. 

As seen in the image, the Poco M2 Pro (with the model number M2003J6CI) has appeared on the Bluetooth certification website and WiFi Alliance certification. The Bluetooth SIG listing of the Poco M2 Pro shows that the device will support Bluetooth v5.0 while the WiFi Alliance listing of the Poco M2 Pro shows the phone supports dual-band Wi-Fi and runs Android 10-based MIUI 11. 

It looks like Poco M2 Pro will not be a flagship device. But, the device is expected to come with specs and design identical to the recently launched Redmi Note 9 Pro. As per the tipster,s the Poco M2 Pro has the codename ‘gram’ that was also seen in the kernel source code and firmware of the Redmi Note 9 Pro. So, it is expected to pack Snapdragon 7 series SoC, likely to be the Snapdragon 720G.
