Its been like a tough time to Huawei Employees. Just a week ago an incident in Huawei of punishing employees for being using iPhone for tweeting New year wishes. And Now a new incident took place in the same company. As per media broadcast, Two among the Huawei Employees had been arrested in Poland on Tuesday over allegations of spying for the Chinese government.

As per Polish state television report, Poland’s Internal Security Agency has charged a Chinese manager at tech giant Huawei in Poland and one of its own former officers with espionage against Poland on behalf of China.

“Huawei and Orange’s offices were searched and documents seized by the Internal Security Agency” stated by broadcast.

The company also said in a statement”Huawei is aware of the situation, and we are looking into it, We have no comment for the time being”.It also added,” Huawei complies with all applicable laws and regulations in the countries where it operates, and we require every employee to abide by the laws and regulations in the countries where they are based.”

The development comes as a US dispute with China over a ban on Huawei is spilling over to Europe, the company’s biggest foreign market, where some countries are also starting to shun its network systems over data security concerns.

Some European governments and telecom companies are following the US lead in questioning whether using Huawei for vital infrastructure for mobile networks could leave them exposed to snooping by the Chinese government.

The two men could serve 10 years in prison if convicted under the espionage charges. Both men will be held for a period of three months.

To remind, The company has been fighting on several fronts for the past year. It all started when US carriers stopped selling Huawei smartphones and the government prohibited officials from using devices from the company. The Us allies not only bind to its own country but also including the U.K., Australia and New Zealand have also raised the alarm over the firm, amid concerns that it may be a threat to national security.

Huawei has been blocked from participating in the 5G networks of Australia and New Zealand on the back of such fears. As 5G is the future generation of mobile networks and is a key area of focus for businesses working in the telecommunications space.
