Realme recently launched its latest smartphone Realme X in China. This mid-range flagship smartphone is expected to be launched in India anytime soon. The budget segment in which Realme X is launched, its direct competitor is Redmi Note 7 Pro from Xiaomi. Realme X is featured with a  6.5 inch HD + Bezel-less AMOLED display with 2340X1080 pixel resolution. This is the first smartphone from Realme to come with the full-screen display without any notch. On the other hand, Redmi Note 7 Pro has a 6.3-inch Full HD + Waterdrop Notch display with 19.5: 5 aspect ratio.

Redmi X comes with a 16MP pop-up selfie camera while the Redmi Note 7 Pro comes with a 13MP camera with AI features which is arranged inside the waterdrop-notch.

In Realme X, there is an in-display fingerprint sensor present in the smartphones’ OLED display. While the Redmi Note 7 Pro got the fingerprint sensor on the back.

Realme X runs Color OS 6.0 which is based on Android 9.0 while the Redmi Note 7 Pro runs MIUI 10 which is based on Android 9 Pie.

Processor

Realme X is powered with Snapdragon 710 processor which is paired with Adreno 616 GPU. With this setup on board, users can play popular games like PUBG and Fornite without any issues. On the other hand, Redmi Note 7 Pro is backed with Snapdragon 675 processor and Adreno GPU 612. To talk about the processing, Note 7’s processor is slightly faster than that of Realme X.

Battery

Realme X got a 3,765 mAh battery which comes with the VOOC 3.0 Fast Charging Technology Support. Redmi Note 7 Pro is backed with a  4,000 mAh battery and  Qualcomm’s Quick charge 4.0 technology.

Price and Variants

Realme X comes in three variants 4GB RAM + 64GB storage, 6GB RAM + 64GB storage and, 8GB RAM + 128GB storage. They are priced in china for 1,499 Yuan [Rs.15,000 Approx], 1,599 Yuan [Rs.16,000 Approx] and, 1,799 Yuan (Rs.18,000 Approx) respectively. The Indian prices are yet to be confirmed by the company.
