Realme X50 5G to Pack Snapdragon 765G Processor, Confirms Company

Oppo’s sub-brand Realme is all set to introduce a new Realme X50 5G smartphone in China. The company shared a teaser and announced the arrival of the phone on its official Weibo page. In the teaser, it revealed that the phone will be powered by the Qualcomm’s latest 765G 5G chipset.

Recently, Qualcomm announced the its latest line of chipset including Snapdragon 765G 5G, Snapdragon 765 5G and Snapdragon 865 5G. The teaser image also confirms that the upcoming smartphone will feature a dual-selfie cameras with punch-hole design.

It is worth to mention that the other brands such as Xiaomi and Oppo also recently confirmed to launch the phones with Snapdragon 765G 5G chipset. To be clear, Oppo’s Reno3 Pro 5G and Xiaomi’s Redmi K30 5G will launch with the same processor.

As far as the specifications and features of the Realme X50 5G are concerned, the earlier leaks hinted that the upcoming Realme X50 5G will pack a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate. The phone is backed by 4500mAh battery with VOOC 4.0 fast charging support. The chipset will be paired with a 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB of internal storage.

For optics, the quad-camera setup of the phone will include a 60-megapixel primary lens, an 8-megapixel secondary sensor, 2-megapixel third sensor and another 2-megapixel shooter. The dual-selfie cameras will be 32-megapixel primary sensor and an 8-megapixel Samsung CD1 sensor.
