Redmi 9T launch imminent as smartphone appears on NBTC certification

| By DWR Editor

Xiaomi is rumored to be working on yet another smartphone, which has appeared on Thailand’s NBTC certification database revealing its moniker. Redmi 9T has received certification from Thailand’s NBTC authority, showing the possible moniker of the device that carries model number M2010J19ST.

While the NBTC listing does not reveal any details of the phone, earlier reports suggest that this phone could be a rebranded version of Redmi Note 9 4G because it has a similar M2010J19SC model number. To recall, Xiaomi unveiled the Redmi Note 9 4G alongside the Note 9 5G and Note 9 Pro 5G in China last month. Other than the moniker confirmation and the 4G connectivity, the NBTC certification does not reveal anything about the upcoming Redmi phone.
