Samsung Galaxy M31s Pays a Visit to Geekbench, Key Specs Revealed

A listing by Geekbench reveals the possibility of Samsung’s upcoming launch. Samsung Galaxy M31s paid a visit to the Geekbench benchmarking site with a model number SM-M317F hinting at the imminent launch. 

And according to the Geekebnch entry, the alleged Samsung Galaxy M31s will come equipped with the octa-core Exynos 9611 processor. The listing also reveals 6GB RAM, while running the Android 10 operating system. On Geekbench, the Galaxy M31s has recorded a single-core test score of 347 and 1256 points in the multi-core test.

Except for these details, there is no information available regarding the specs and launch date of Samsung Galaxy M31s. Hopefully, the South Korean brand will confirm more details on this phone in the coming weeks.

Recently, the company announced the new 8GB RAM variant of Galaxy M31 smartphone in India for Rs 19,999. Samsung Galaxy M31 features a 6.4-inch full-HD+ Infinity-U Super AMOLED panel that has an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 and 1080×2340 pixels screen resolution. The device has an octa-core Exynos 9611 SoC paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of UFS 2.1 internal storage. The storage is further expandable up to 512GB using a microSD card.

In terms of optics, the Galaxy M31 boasts fur cameras on the rear with a 64-megapixel primary Samsung ISOCELL Bright GW1 sensor along with an f/1.8 lens main unit is joined by an 8-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle lens that comes with a field of view (FoV) of 123 degrees — alongside a 5-megapixel macro shooter that has an f/2.4 aperture and a 5-megapixel depth camera with an f/2.2 aperture. 

For selfies, there is a 32-megapixel sensor. The phone runs Android 10 OS with the One UI 2.0 skin and packs 6000mAh battery.
