| By DWR Editor

Samsung will soon be launching a new smartphone, Galaxy M31s, in India. The phone is all set to launch in India on July 30. The company has been teasing the phone on its social media handles and the micro-site. Without giving many details, Samsung revealed that the phone will sport a 64-megapixel primary camera and a massive 6,000mAh battery.

According to the Samsung Galaxy M31s micro-site, the upcoming device will be backed by a 6,000mAh battery. Further, it will have support for 25W fast charging as reverse charging. It is also confirmed to feature an AMOLED display with a Full-HD+ resolution.

Talking about the look and design, the official poster of the Galaxy M31s shows that the front panel of the phone has a hole-punch cutout at the center unlike the waterdrop-notch on the vanilla Galaxy M31. It will be available in the While-Blue gradient color as per the poster.

While the pricing and availability details regarding the Galaxy M31s are not available right now, a previous report claimed that the Galaxy M31s would go on sale from 6 August in India. To recall, the Samsung Galaxy M31 price starts at Rs. 17,499 for the base 6GB RAM + 128GB storage option in India. We expect the Galaxy M31s to be priced similarly which we’ll know for sure once it gets launched.

Earlier, the Galaxy M31s with model number SM-M317F has appeared on Geekbench and the listing had revealed that the device will be fuelled by the in-house Exynos 9611 SoC. The listing also disclosed 6GB of RAM, Android 10 out-of-the-box.
