Samsung Galaxy M32 5G to launch in India on August 25: Here’s everything we know so far

Samsung is gearing up to launch an affordable 5G smartphone in India. Samsung has announced that the Galaxy M32 5G will be launched via Amazon on August 25 in India. The company teased a number of the key specifications, including a MediaTek Dimensity 720 processor, a 48MP quad-camera set-up, a 13MP selfie camera, and an HD+ display.

Samsung Galaxy M32 5G will be priced between Rs 17,999 and Rs 19,999. At the moment, it is confirmed that it will be available for buyers in India on Amazon.

Samsung Galaxy M32 5G Specifications (Expected)

The Galaxy M32 5G smartphone has been teased with some key specifications by Samsung. In addition to Knox security, the phone will feature a 5,000mAh battery. 

It is confirmed that Samsung’s Galaxy M32 5G will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 720 processor, an entry-level 5G chipset. According to the company, the upcoming handset will also support 12 5G bands. Further, the Galaxy M32 5G packs 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. MicroSD cards allow for storage expansion up to 1TB.

Moreover, Samsung has confirmed that the Galaxy M32 5G will have a quad-camera setup at the back, featuring a 48MP main sensor. According to a recent leak, the handset will feature an 8MP ultra-wide sensor with an aperture of f/2.2, a 5MP depth sensor with an aperture of f/2.4, and a 2MP macro lens with an aperture of f/2.4. There will be a 13MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.

There will be a 6.5-inch HD+ Infinity-V display with a resolution of 1,600 x 720 pixels and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on the phone. It might have a 60Hz refresh rate. The Galaxy M32 5G is said to run Android 11 with a customized skin called OneUI 3.1. As confirmed by the company, the device will receive two years of software updates. Black and blue will be the colour options available for the handset.

The top-left corner of the rear panel will have a quad-camera setup. A power button and volume controls are located on the right side. The power button could also function as a fingerprint sensor. There will be a water drop-like notch at the top-center of the front panel. This smartphone will feature a 5,000mAh battery, and it is expected to support fast charging at 18W.
