Samsung Galaxy S20+, Galaxy Buds+ BTS Edition launched in India

Samsung Galaxy S20+ BTS edition is finally official in India with a price tag of Rs 87,999. The phone will be available online exclusively on Samsung.com and Samsung Exclusive Stores. Alongside the Galaxy S20+ BTS edition, the company has also unveiled the Galaxy Buds+ and white color variant of the Galaxy S20 Ultra. All these newly launched Samsung products can be pre-booked starting July 1 to July 9, 2020 on Samsung.com/in and these will go on sale in India from July 10, 2020.

Talking about the price tag, as we mentioned in the beginning, Samsung Galaxy S20+ BTS edition comes with a price of Rs 87,999 while the Galaxy Buds+ BTS edition is priced at Rs 14,990. Galaxy S20 Ultra White variant, on the other hand, costs Rs 97,999 in India. The new Samsung Galaxy S20+ BTS edition will be available across Samsung Exclusive Stores and Samsung.com, while Galaxy S20 Ultra White variant will be available across Samsung’s channels. Galaxy S20+ BTS edition and Galaxy S20 Ultra Cloud White variant are available in limited quantities in India. 

The Samsung Galaxy S20+ BTS edition comes with a purple glass and metal exterior. The Galaxy Buds+ BTS edition and Buds+ charging case, also available in purple, carry the band’s logo and purple heart iconography. 

The Galaxy S20+ BTS Edition comes with pre-installed BTS-inspired themes with special wallpapers, icons, and ringtones. The box also includes decorative stickers to allow fans to further personalise the device, and photo cards featuring pictures of the band members for fans to keep. 

The solid purple Galaxy Buds+ BTS Edition comes with a BTS themed lock screen and wallpaper, connection and battery animation, and 7 unique BTS photo cards. This premium sound by AKG gives you superb dynamic range and exceptional sound accuracy.

Samsung Galaxy S20+ Specifications and Features

Samsung Galaxy S20+ has a 6.7-inch Quad HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 525ppi pixel density. The HDR10+ display has a 120Hz screen refresh rate. It is powered by the in-house Samsung Exynos 990 SoC which is paired with 8GB RAM. 

In terms of optics, there is a triple-camera setup with a combination of 12-megapixel primary sensor with f/2.2 aperture, 12-megapixel wide-angle with f/1.8 aperture and a 64-megapixel telephoto lens with f/2.0 aperture. Backed by a 4,500mAh battery, the handset runs Android 10 with One UI 2.1 on top.
