Vivo V15 Pro 8GB RAM + 128GB Storage Variant Announced with Vivo V15 Aqua Blue Model

Vivo’s mid-range smartphone, the Vivo V15 Pro was announced back in February in India. The handset comes with a pop-up selfie camera, triple rear camera setup and some great features. Now, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer introduced a new edition of the Vivo V15 Pro in India. While this variant comes with additional RAM and storage, the other aspects remain the same. Moreover, along with the new 8GB RAM variant of Vivo V15 Pro, the Chinese smartphone brand has also unveiled the Aqua Blue edition of the Vivo V15 smartphone in India. This phone is available in India with a price tag of Rs. 21,990 (approx. $311).

At the time of its announcement in May, the Vivo V15 Pro was launched with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. Now, the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant of the Vivo V15 Pro has been listed in China for Rs. 29,990 (approx. $425). To recall, the base variant with 6GB RAM was launched at Rs. 28,990 (approx. $410). Both the variants are available in Topaz Blue and Ruby Red color options.

Vivo V15 Pro Specifications

The Vivo V15 Pro sports a 6.39-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display and will be fueled by a Snapdragon 675 chipset. Vivo may offer the smartphone with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The phone is also said to house a 3,700mAh battery.

In the camera department, the device will be equipped with a triple camera system on the rear with a 48MP primary sensor, an 8MP secondary camera and a ToF (Time-of-Flight) camera for 3D depth mapping.

Vivo V15 Specifications

The Vivo V15features a 6.28-inch full HD Plus OLED display 1080 x 2340 pixels and a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The device is powered by MediaTek Helio P70 processor, coupled with 6GB of RAM. In terms of storage, it has a single variant with 64 GB internal memory. The storage is expandable up to 256 GB using a microSD card.

In terms of optics, it has AI based triple camera set up at the back with a 12 MP primary lens with an f/1.78 aperture and an 8 MP secondary camera with an aperture of/2.2 and a 5MP camera with an f/2.4 lens. There is a pop-up selfie camera of 32MP with an f/2.0 aperture. The pop-up camera is similar to the V15 Pro and the device doesn’t come with face unlock support.

The device runs Android 9 Pie operating system coupled with Vivo’s custom Funtouch OS 9 on top. A 4,000 mAh battery powers the device with Vivo’s Dual-Engine Fast Charging support.
