Vivo Z3x Launched: Specifications, Features and Price

Chinese telecom giant, Vivo launched the Vivo Z3x smartphone in China for CNY 1198. The Vivo Z3x is a mid-range smartphone and the main highlight of the new smartphone is 16-megapixels selfie camera and Snapdragon 660 SoC.

Vivo Z3x Specifications

As for its specifications, the Vivo Z3x is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC with eight cores. It carries 4GB RAM, 64GB storage (expandable up to 256GB) and runs the latest Android 9 Pie-based Funtouch OS 9. The smartphone sports a 6.26-inch IPS LCD display with Full HD+ resolution and a 19:9 aspect ratio. The device has an impressive 90% screen to body ratio. Sadly, there is no Gorilla Glass protection. Vivo Z3x is backed by a 3,260mAh battery.

Vivo Z3x features a dual camera setup on the back. There is a 13-megapixel primary lens with f/2.0 aperture coupled with a 2-megapixel secondary sensor with f/2.4 aperture at the back, while the front sports a 16-megapixel primary sensor for selfies and video calls.

Connectivity options on the Vivo Z3x include the dual-SIM option, dual-VoLTE support, dual-band Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

Vivo Z3x Price and Availability

The price of the handset is fixed at CNY 1198 (approx. Rs. 12,000) for the 4GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. The smartphone is available in only one variant. Vivo Z3x will be available in three color options – Aurora, Enamel Black, and Hyun Red. Talking about the availability, the smartphone will be available for pre-orders starting May 1, and the sale of the smartphone will start from May 8.
