Xiaomi Mi 9T (Redmi K20) Launched With Pop-up Camera and Snapdragon 730

Xiaomi has finally unveiled the most awaited Mi 9T yesterday in the European market. As rumoured earlier, Mi 9T is the rebranded version of Redmi K20 which was launched in China last month. This smartphone will also be launched in India very soon.

To talk about the design and specifications of Mi 9T, they are almost similar to that of Redmi K20. The major difference between both the smartphones is the brand tag, one smartphone is branded as Mi while the other under Redmi. Let us talk more about the specifications and price of Mi 9T below.

Mi 9T Specifications

Xiaomi Mi 9T features a 6.39-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display and 91.9 per cent screen-to-body ratio. It is also comes protected with Gorilla Glass 5 on both the front and back of the smartphone.

To talk about the cameras, Xiaomi Mi 9T sports an  AI-based triple camera set up on the back which includes a 48MP primary camera with Sony IMX582 sensor, an 8MP camera and a 13MP camera. On the front for selfies, this phone also has a 20MP pop-up camera.

Mi 9T is also power packed by Snapdragon 730 processor same as Redmi K20. It is backed by a 4000mAh battery. It also has a 3.5mm headphone jack and Type C charging port.

Mi 9T Price

Xiaomi Mi 9T is made available in two variants with 6GB RAM + 64GB internal storage and 6GB RAM + 128GB internal storage. The base model of this smartphone with 6GB RAM + 64GB storage comes for 329 Euro which is approximately Rs 25,800. The other variant with 128GB onboard storage is priced at 369 Euro which is around Rs.29,999.

Mi 9T won’t be launched in India, instead, Redmi K20 will come to India, Manu Kumar Jain, Managing Director,  Xiaomi India already confirmed that Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro will be launched in July. The launch date is yet to be confirmed by the company.
