Xiaomi Redmi Y3 with Model Number M1810F6G Leaked Online

Xiaomi has already launched a few new phones this year and is expected to launch several smartphones in the coming days. Currently, we don’t know the upcoming Xiaomi smartphones the company will be launching but it seems Xiaomi does have handsets like Redmi Y3, Redmi 7A in the line-up.

Now, a new leak surfaced online revealed one of Xiaomi’s upcoming phone named ‘Redmi Y3’, the successor of Redmi Y2. The device has been granted Wi-Fi certification, which is usually one of the final tests required to release a new smartphone. The Redmi Y3 with a model number M1810F6G Granted Wi-Fi Certification and it is likely to launch soon in China.

However, sadly, the documentation doesn’t reveal anything about the Redmi Y3, other than that it will ship running MIUI 10 based on the latest Android 9.0 Pie. To recall, last year’s Redmi Y2 made its debut as the Redmi S2 in China, so it is possible that the Redmi Y3 will first debut in China as Redmi S3 sometime in the second quarter of this year.

To recall, Xiaomi Redmi Y2 is a selfie-centric phone debuted with a 5.99-inch full display with a resolution of 720 x 1440 pixels. The phone is powered by Octa core, 2 GHz, Cortex A53 processor, and Adreno 506 GPU. The device is coupled with a 3GB/4GB RAM and 32 GB/64 GB internal storage that can be further expanded using microSD cards. Redmi Y2 packs a powerful 4000mAh battery. On the camera department, the device got 12MP + 5MP dual-camera setup at the rear and there is a 16 MP camera with light flash on the front for taking better selfies.

The upcoming Redmi Y3 is also likely to be a selfie-focused budget Android smartphone. Coming to the pricing, the phone is expected to be priced under Rs. 10,000 in India.
