HTC Desire 12s with Snapdragon 435 and 5.7-inch display launched

The Taiwanese electronics giant, HTC has launched its latest smartphone HTC Desire 12s in its home country. The device packs with a standard display along with bezels on top and bottom. The phone comes with a half-textured back panel for better gripping purposes and also sports trending fingerprint scanner on its rear side.

Speaking about specifications, The HTC Desire 12s comes with toned down specifications which can be rather more useful for conventional users. The device sports a 5.7-inch HD+ (720×1440 pixels) display with 18:9 aspect ratio. At the heart, the handset is powered by a 64-bit Snapdragon 435 octa-core processor paired in two configurations of 3GB and 4GB RAM, paired with 32GB and 64GB inbuilt storage that can be expanded using a microSD card.

For photos, the phone comes with a 13 Megapixel rear sensor with PDAF, LED flash and f/2.0 aperture. For selfies, the device sports a 13 Megapixel camera with f/2.2 aperture, with built-in LED flash. On Software, The device runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with HTC Sense on top and supports dual-SIM slots. The device ticks with a 3,075mAh battery and gets some connectivity options like GPS, 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth v4.2, NFC, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, 3.5mm audio jack, Micro-USB port, and more. On sensors, The device includes an ambient light sensor, accelerometer, magnetic sensor, digital compass sensor and proximity sensor.

For Price, the HTC Desire 12s price is TWD 5,990  (Rs 13,900 approx.) for the 3GB RAM/32GB variant and TWD 6,990 (Rs 16,200 approx.) for the 4GB RAM/64GB variant. The phone will be made available in colour options of Black, Silver, and Red. So HTC lovers why late if you still stuck with your old HTC mobile then this is right time to grab the phone with the latest pack of features.
