Realme 3 Pro to launch in April to compete the likes of Redmi Note 7 pro

Today Realme launched its latest smartphone Realme 3 in India. The device falls under affordable segment that packs incredible features. Alongside Realme 3 the firm announced that its pro version would be unveiled next month.

At the launch event, the company did not give a hint about the features of the upcoming Pro smartphone but just about the launch date. According to Madhav Seth, Realme 3 Pro will land in India next month, to compete against the mighty Redmi Note 7 Pro.

At the event, The company teased the Realme 3 pro smartphone with a specification list of recently launched Redmi Note 7  pro which clearly hints that Realme 3 Pro will take on the likes of the Redmi Note 7 pro that arches a tough competition in the mobile market. The teaser also hypes the device with a tagline “Speed Awakens” which means the company is trying to take an upgrade in its performance department with its upcoming smartphone.

Considering the competition, The company most likely will include an OLED display with an in-display fingerprint sensor, which will improve the overall look and feel of the smartphone.

The Realme 3 Pro will come with dual rear camera setup(probably with 48 Mp primary sensor) and most likely with high-resolution selfie camera. Just like ist standard version, it will also boast a huge battery that accommodates 4000 mAh capacity. And device comes with support fast charging via USB type C port.

On the software front, We can make sure that the device will be running Android 9 Pie-based ColorOS 6 out of the box. The device would support al the software apps that a standard version supports.

For pricing, The company launch the Realme 3 Pro version with a price around Rs 14,000 to Rs 15,000 for the base variant, considering the competition from the Redmi Note 7 Pro, Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2, and other mid-tier value-for-money smartphones.
