Redmi K30 Pro Leaked Specs Reveal Battery Capacity & Fast Charging

It’s no secret anymore that Xiaomi’s spin-off brand Redmi is working on a Pro version of the Redmi K30 that it launched in China last month. The Redmi K30 Pro has been talked quite a lot about for a while now and has been a fixture of constant rumors and reports. The latest leak is regarding the Redmi K30 Pro, which reveals that the phone is will pack a massive battery with fast charging support.

As per the leak from Weibo tipster Digital Chat station, the Redmi K30 Pro will feature the 4700mAh battery which is 700mAh more than the Redmi K20 Pro battery. Furthermore, the handset is said to support 33W fast charging tech. To recall, recently launched Redmi K30 comes with a 4000mAh battery with 27W fast charging tech. The tipster further noted that the phone will not come with a curved display. 

Redmi K30 Pro is expected to come with the same Snapdragon chipset as Xiaomi’s upcoming Mi 10 Pro. The Redmi K30 Pro is said to sport a round-shaped quad-camera setup on the rear comprises of a 64MP Sony IMX686 primary sensor. 

To recollect, the Redmi K30 was spotted on the benchmarking site Geekbench earlier which revealed the 1.80Ghz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC, 8GB of RAM. Software-wise, it will run Android 10 OS out of the box with the MIUI 11 skin on the top.

According to the report, the company will unveil the Redmi K30 Pro smartphone in China in March. We can expect some official details and specifications to be revealed in the coming days.
