Chinese smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi is all set to introduce its next phone under the Redmi K30 lineup in China. The brand’s new ‘Pro’ version of the recently launched Redmi K30 has been spotted on Geekbench, revealing the key specifications.

Redmi K30 Pro to Come with Snapdragon 865 SoC and Android 10 OS

As per the listing, the Redmi K30 Pro would feature the new 1.80Ghz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC, a predictable upgrade over the Snapdragon 730G of Redmi K30. The processor would be helped by 8GB of RAM and we don’t know yet if there are other variants. 

The handset spotted running on Android 10 OS. Of course, it will run on MIUI 11 skin. For rest other specifications, we are still on the receiving side. Coming to the benchmarks, the device managed to score 903 in single-core performance and 3362 in multi-core performance. 

Redmi K30 Pro Geekbench

Going by the previous reports, Xiaomi will unveil the new Redmi K30 Pro in March. The phone is expected to arrive with a dual punch-hole selfie camera and quad rear camera setup.

The Redmi K30 has passed BIS certification and we have the full blueprint of the smartphone that will be launching shortly in India.

Redmi K30 5G Specifications

For those unaware, Redmi K30 5G flaunts a 6.67-inch FHD+ display with 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution. It comes with a 120Hz refresh rate along with HDR 10 and Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The handset gets juice from Snapdragon 765G 5G processor and runs on Android 10-based MIUI 11.

In terms of optics, the Redmi K30 5G features a quad-camera setup on the rear with 64-megapixel primary Sony IMX686 lens with f/1.89 aperture, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens with a 120-degree field of view, f/2.2 aperture, 2-megapixel depth sensor, and 5-megapixel macro lens. Upfront, there is a 20-megapixel and 2-megapixel dual-selfie sensors. It packs a 4500mAh battery that supports 30W fast charging support.
