The pricing for the Amazon Fire 7 starts at only $59.99 (approx Rs 4,600) pre-ordering is available on the Amazon US website. You can purchase the new Fire 7 in black, denim, and rose colours, with coordinating covers for $28.99 (approx Rs 2,240), and are scheduled to ship on June 29.

Fire 7 Kids can be pre-ordered for $109.99 (approx Rs 8,500) with a 16GB or 32GB storage option. The device now has a brand new kid-proof case in blue, red, and purple, and comes with an adjustable kickstand that doubles as a handle.

The Amazon Fire 7, and Fire 7 Kids have a 7-inch IPS display with a 1,200×600 pixels resolution capable of supporting SD video playback. They sport 2MP front and back cameras with 720p HD video recording. These tablets have a 40% longer battery life, so they can last up to 10 hours of browsing, watching videos, and more. The device has a USB-C port and a 5W in-box adapter.
