Asus ZenFone 8 series launch is scheduled for May 12 and the company is likely to launch Asus ZenFone 8 Flip, Zenfone 8, and Zenfone 8 Mini smartphones under the upcoming lineup. It was rumored that Asus would ditch the flip camera module on the latest models. However, it does not appear to be the case. Now, renders revealing the design and specifications of both the Asus ZenFone 8 Flip, ZenFone 8 smartphones have surfaced online.

The Asus ZenFone 8 Flip is seen to sport a flipping camera module using which you will be able to use the same camera module for both selfies and rear camera pictures. 

The Asus ZenFone 8 render, leaked by tipster suggests the phone will look more usual, but it’s the compact one in series to give you both the flagship experience as well as the compact size.

Asus ZenFone 8 Flip Specifications 

The Asus ZenFone 8 Flip is expected to sport a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone is said to house Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 888 SoC coupled with 8GB RAM and 256GB native storage. The smartphone is expected to be launched in additional configurations. The smartphone will carry a 5000mAh battery with 30W fast charging support. As for the cameras, the phone is likely to feature a triple camera setup with a combination of a 64MP main sensor, an 8MP telephoto lens, and a 12MP macro lens. Weighing 230 grams, the device measures 165 x 77.3 x 9.5mm.

Asus Zenfone 8 Specifications

The phone will ship with Snapdragon 888 chipset paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. Asus Zenfone 8 would feature a 5.92-inch FHD+ display. On the other hand, we get two cameras: a 64MP primary sensor and a 12MP macro lens on the rear that will have support for 8K video recording

Furthermore, the smartphone will pack a 4,000mAh battery that will support fast charging at 30W. Other Asus Zenfone 8 features include a 3.5mm headphone jack. It measures 148 x 68.5 x 9mm and weighs just 170 grams.
