Ahead the official launch in December, the Indonesian handle of the Asus has been teasing the key features of the upcoming smartphone ZenFone Max Pro M2. Now, in a latest tweet, Asus Indonesia has confirmed that the upcoming Zenfone Max Pro M2 will have a massive 5,000mAh battery. Thus, the company is going launch the successor with the same battery capacity like ZenFone Max Pro M1. Battery life is one of the biggest concerns of smartphone users. So, it is happy to see that Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2 is also said to pack in a beefy 5,000mAh battery, just like its predecessor.

Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2 Launch: Here Is What We Know So Far

The Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2 has been leaked few times and it is confirmed that the company is going to launch the device with some upgraded hardware and features. According to the report, the Zenfone Max Pro 2 is expected to feature a 6-inch FHD+ notched display. The device will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC coupled with 4GB RAM and an internal storage option of 64GB and 128GB.

Earlier leaks hinted that the device will have a triple camera setup. But recently it is confirmed that the Zenfone Max Pro M2 will arrive with a dual camera setup in the back and the primary shooter of the rear camera is speculated to be of 13MP resolution.

On the design front, the ZenFone Max M2 looks sleek and the bezel is now thinner.
The teaser posted by Asus Indonesia on Twitter have confirmed that the Zenfone Max Pro M2 will have a normal notch. Instead of Waterdrop notches that we’ve seen in few recently launched phones, Asus opted for normal notch just like the Zenfone 5Z.
