Chinese smartphone maker Coolpad is set to launch Coolpad Cool 6 smartphone in India. The company has joined hands with Amazon to unveil what could be its first smartphone in India this year. Also, the e-commerce site Amazon is also teasing this smartphone revealing what we can expect from the upcoming Coolpad smartphone.

Amazon, which despite not mentioning the Coolpad Cool 6 launch date in India, does talk about its imminent launch in the country. The phone is likely to hit the Indian market around Amazon’s Great Indian Festival starting October 17.

As per the e-tailer’s listing, Coolpad Cool 6 will pack MediaTek Helio P70 SoC. The Amazon landing page also reveals that the smartphone will feature a triple rear-camera setup that consists of a 48MP primary sensor and two 2MP sensors. Further, the Amazon page says that the phone will have a 21-megapixel pop-up selfie camera. The camera features will include Night Mode, HDR, UHD Pro Mode, Filters, Beauty mode, Panorama, and Intelligent scanning.

The phone also gets a rear-facing fingerprint sensor and face unlock for biometric security. It is likely to launch in India in two configurations: 4GB RAM + 64GB storage and 6GB RAM + 128GB storage. Blue and Silver will be the two colour options of the phone, as per the listing. 

The pricing of the Coolpad Cool 6 along with other specifications and features is yet unknown. We expect the company to reveal more details of the smartphone in the coming days on Amazon or social media.
