Gionee M15 launched: quad rear cameras, 5,100mAh battery & more

The Gionee M15 is the newest smartphone launched by the company in Nigeria. The  6GB RAM + 128GB storage version of the smartphone will cost you NGN 90,800 (about Rs. 16,000), while the 8GB RAM variant will cost you NGN 106,200 (around Rs.  18,700). Gionee M15 Specifications

Gionee M15 is fitted with a 6.67-inch full HD+ IPS LCD display with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a 60Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it has an octa-core MediaTek Helio G90 SoC coupled with up to 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage which can be further expanded using a micro SD card slot.

In terms of optics, it has a quad-rear camera setup with a combination of a 48-megapixel primary lens, 5-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and two 2-megapixel macro shots and depth sensors. Upfront, there is a 16-megapixel shooter.

Backed by a 5100mAh battery, it supports 18W rapid charging. On the software front, it ships with the Android 11 operating system. It comes with a fingerprint scanner at back. Connectivity options include dual SIM, 4G LTE, WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, USB-C, and 3.5mm audio jack.
