Chinese company has confirmed Gionee Max will be launched on August 25 in the country at 2 PM. Also, the Flipkart has a landing page for Gionee Max in which certain key details about the handset have been revealed such as its battery, and pricing.
Launch date aside, Flipkart has also confirmed that the Gionee Max will come with a waterdrop notch display. Further, the device is confirmed to pack 5,000mAh battery and the battery is claimed to offer 28 days standby time, 24 hours of music, 9+ hours of movies, 42+ hours of calling and 12 hours of gaming. As for ghe pricing, the company has revealed that the forthcoming Gionee Max will be priced under Rs 6,000 in India.
Even though Gionee has launched only one phone, dubbed as Gionee F9 Plus in India last year, the company launching series of phones in its home-country China. In May this year, a smartphone named Gionee K6 unveiled in China for 799 Yuan (approx. Rs 8,440) and it comes with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. There is also 8GB RAM + 128GB storage option priced at 899 Yuan (approx. Rs 9,500)
