Google’s next Pixel launch is scheduled to take place on October 9. As per the report from Bloomberg, Google is planning an NYC-based media event for the Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL launch. Google has declined to remark on this report, yet given Bloomberg’s reputation, this is likely what Google has planned.

However, other than the launch date of Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 Xl, the report does not mention any information regarding the specifications of the phones. Recently it was rumored that the upcoming Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chip, 4 GB of RAM, and 64 GB of local storage. The processor is expected to be clocked at up to 2.8 GHz coupled with an Adreno 630 GPU. It’s also running the latest version of Android, which was recently revealed as Pie. Further, the Pixel 3 is rumored to sport a tall 6.7-inch display with 2960 x 1440 pixel resolution and a big notch on top. Pixel 3 XL is tipped to carry a single 12.2MP rear camera module similar to predecessor Pixel 2 XL but with a f/1.8 aperture and optical image stabilization. Talking about the front camera, reports indicated that the upcoming pixel devices will have two 8.1MP camera sensors. The devices are expected to pack a 3,430mAh battery with a support for wireless charging.

Recently leaked images of Google Pixel 3, revealed that the device is likely to arrive in a single Black plus White color combination.

Google Pixel 3, Pixel 3 XL: Pricing

Although the specifications of the upcoming Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 Xl hasn’t revealed yet, the price of the devices also remains a mystery. However, some reports suggest that the upcoming Google Pixel 3 will start from $649 (roughly Rs 45,459) and the Google Pixel 3 XL may price around Rs. 80,000 in India.
