At the “Made by Google 2022” event today, Google launched its Pixel 7 Pro and Pixel 7 smartphones. These Pixel phones are powered by the Tensor G2 processor, Google’s second-generation mobile processor.

The price of the Google Pixel 7 Pro starts at Rs 84,999, while the price of the Pixel 7 starts at Rs 59,999. The 7 Pro comes in Obsidian Black, Hazel, and Snow White hues, and the Pixel 7 comes in Obsidian Black, Lemongrass, and Snow White shades. In India, the devices are already available for preorder through Flipkart and shipping begins October 11th.

Google Pixel 7 Pro Specifications
The Google Pixel 7 Pro boasts a large 6.7-inch Quad HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. As for the hardware, it uses a new Google Tensor G2 and comes with 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage.
The Pixel 7 Pro offers a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP main wide-angle lens, a 48MP telephoto lens, and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera. On the front, there is a 10.8MP camera for selfies and video calls. The camera offers features such as 30x hybrid zoom, macro focus, OIS, real tone, motion blur, and more. It has a 5,000mAh battery that supports 30W wired Type-C fast charging, as well as wireless charging.
It is the first smartphone to run Android 13 out of the box. Additionally, the phone features 5G, 4G LTE, the Titan M2 chip for security, an in-display fingerprint scanner, face unlock, IP68 protection, Bluetooth, and dual-band Wi-Fi.

The smaller Pixel 7 houses a 6.3-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz screen refresh rate. It is also powered by the Tensor G2 SoC and offers 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. There are two cameras on the Pixel 7 – a 50MP wide-angle primary sensor and a 12MP ultra-wide lens.
There is a 4,355mAh battery on the Pixel 7 and it supports 30W wired Type-C fast charging and wireless charging. The rest of the specifications are the same as the Pixel 7 Pro.
Both phones also come with features like a cinematic video blur, 4K 60fps video, 10-bit HDR video recording, magic eraser, and photo unblur 一 the last one being exclusive only to the Pixel 7 series.
