After few years of beta apk, Google has finally unveiled the stable version of Voice Access app in Play Store.

Voice Access accessibility service let the users to control their Android device without touching the display.

Voice Access is an accessibility service that lets you control your device with spoken commands. Voice Access can be useful for people who have difficulty using a touchscreen due to paralysis, tremor, temporary injury, or other reasons.

Voice Match is also used to ensure that you are the only person able to control your phone while using Voice Access. This sequence lets you only need to say “Ok Google” to control your device with these spoken commands for opening apps, navigating between screens, and editing text hands-free.

Voice Access provides voice commands (currently English only) in three categories:

– Basics and navigation from any screen (e.g. “Go back”, “Go home”)

– Gestures to interact with elements on the current screen (e.g. “Click next”, “Scroll down”)

– Text editing and dictation (e.g. “Type hello”, “Replace coffee with tea”)

How to turn on Google Voice Access?

1. Head over to Settings > Accessibility.

2. Click on “Voice Access.”

3. Turn on the switch.

4. Complete the setup and tutorial to set up and learn how to use Voice Access.

If you want to stop Voice Access, say “Stop listening”. That’s it! It will stop the app.

To turn off Voice Access completely, go to Settings > Accessibility > Voice Access, then turn off the switch.
