Honor has announced its Honor 70 series in China, which comprises the Honor 70, Honor 70 Pro, and Honor 70 Pro+ smartphones. Here is everything you need to know about Honor’s new lineup.

Honor 70 Pro, Honor 70 Pro+ Specifications

The Honor 70 Pro and Pro+ have BOE-manufactured 10-bit 6.78-inch full-HD+ curved OLED displays with a screen resolution of 1,200x 2,652 pixels, 120Hz refresh rate, integrated fingerprint scanner, and a center-aligned punch-hole cutout.

With the Honor 70 Pro, you get a MediaTek Dimensity 8000 SoC and the Honor 70 Pro+ comes with a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC. They both feature up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.

As far as cameras are concerned, both smartphones have a triple camera setup on the back. There is a 54-megapixel Sony IMX800 primary sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide macro sensor, and an 8-megapixel camera with 3x optical zoom. There is a 50MP front-facing camera on both smartphones.

They come with a 4,600mAh battery that supports 100W fast charging. Software-wise, the handset ship with Android 12-based Magic UI 6.1 skin on top.

Connectivity options include a USB-C port, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.2, and 5G connectivity. They measure 163.9mmx74.6mm×8.18mm and weigh around 192 grams.

Honor 70 Specifications

The Honor 70 has a BOE-manufactured 6.67-inch full-HD+ OLED display with a 1,800×2,400 pixels screen resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and an in-display fingerprint scanner.

There is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G Plus processor, along with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. The phone runs Android 12-based Magic UI 6.1.

There are three rear cameras on the Honor 70. The setup includes a 54-megapixel Sony IMX800 primary sensor as well as a 50-megapixel ultra-wide macro sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. Upfront, there is a 32-megapixel selfie camera.

It is powered by a 4,800mAh battery with 66W fast charging support. Among the connectivity options are USB-C, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.2, 5G and NFC. The dimensions of this device are 161.4×73.3×7.91mm, and it weighs 178 grams.
