Honor 8 Pro: Specifications, features and more

The device features a 5.7-inch display with a 2K resolution (2560×1440). A HiSilicon Kirin 960 backed by 4/6 GB of RAM provides the processing power. The Kirin 960 features 4x ARM-Cortex A73 cores at 2.3 GHz and 4x ARM-Cortex A53 cores at 1.8 GHz. A Mali-G71 MP8 GPU handles the graphics.

Internationally, the device is available with 64 GB of internal storage. India will get a variant with 128 GB of onboard storage. Huawei hasn’t yet confirmed the variants coming to India, so we don’t know for a fact if the 4 GB / 64 GB variant will be available as a cheaper option. Internal storage can be expanded by up to 256 GB via a microSD card.

For imaging, Honor 8 Pro has a dual-camera system at the back. There are two 12-megapixel sensors, with one shooting in colour and other in monochrome. Up front, there’s an 8-megapixel shooter for selfies and video calls. It backs up 4,000mAh battery. The phone includes USB Type-C and 3.5mm audio ports.
