Huawei’s sub-brand Honor launched its new smartphone Honor 8S. Huawei also listed Huawei Y5 2019 on its website. To talk about the specifications Honor 8S is similar to Huawei Y5. Honor 8S is revealed with a dewdrop notch and listed on the UAE website. It is also expected that Huawei will launch the same smartphone in some markets with Honor branding.
Honor 8S Specifications
Honor 8S is the latest entry-level device launched by the company with a 5.71-inch HD+ display and 720X1520 pixel resolution. It also features a Dewdrop notch display and dual-texture body. The screen to body ratio of this smartphone is 84.6%.
Honor 8S is powered with MediaTek Helio A22 and 2GB of RAM. On the back, it comes with a 13 MP camera and a 5MP camera for selfies. With a 3020mAh battery, it runs EMUI 9.0 which is based on Android 9.0 Pie. It also got a face-unlock feature.

Falling in the budget segment, Honor 8S is launched in Russia for now. It comes with a price tag of 8,490 Russian Ruble which is approximately Rs 8,900. It comes in three color variants Black, Blue and Gold.
