Huawei P30 and P30 Pro Details Leaked Before Anticipated March Launch

Huawei has sent out a media invite for a launch in MWC 2019 on February 24. The company, however, has revealed that they are going to unveil the world’s first 5G smartphone. Now, considering the rumors flooding the internet we believe it’s the Huawei P30 and P30 Pro also coming soon. Until now, we have come across several rumors and leaks about the Huawei P30 and P30 Pro. Now once again, the upcoming Huawei P30 and P30 Pro have surfaced online with model numbers ELE-L29 and VOG-L29 respectively, MSP reports.

According to the leaks, both the Huawei P30 and P30 Pro may still feature Full HD+ display with a resolution of 1080×2340 pixels, and run Android 9.0 Pie out-of-the-box. However, the report also hints at the launch of the Huawei P30 series at the end of March in Paris.

As far as the specifications are concerned, the Huawei P30 and P30 are tipped to come with an in-display fingerprint sensor with a power button and the volume rocker placed on the right side. Huawei P30 Pro is said to come with quad camera setup whereas three sensors for imaging while the fourth sensor is likely to be a time-of-flight sensor for more accurate 3D mapping.

The recent report claimed that the Huawei will use Sony’s 38-megapixel IMX607 sensor, and it is likely to be powered by octa-core Kirin 980 or updated Kirin 985 SoC.

Recently, popular leakster Evan Blass tweeted that Huawei P30 will feature triple camera setup with 5x lossless zoom. However, as per XDA, P30 Pro will come with four cameras supporting up to 10x lossless zoom.

Both the phones are expected to arrive with gradient color schemes along with an option for a solid color like the recently launched Mate 20 Pro. We expect the company will be bringing the P30 lineup to the Paris on the March event.
