Infinix Note 11S teased, India launch soon

A new teaser has confirmed that Infinix is launching a new smartphone in India. Earlier, the company confirmed that the Note 11 and Note 11 Pro would be launched in India alongside the INBook X1. The launch is slated for December, next month. Aside from the laptop and two smartphones, Infinix is launching the Note 11S in India as well.

Infinix Note 11S was already released in select markets. Anish Kapoor, CEO of Infinix, announced the launch of the budget smartphone in India through his Twitter handle.

Infinix Note 11S will launch this year along with Note 11 and 11 Pro, making it the third smartphone in the Note 11 series in India. There is no information on the launch date in the teaser post.

Infinix Note 11S Specifications

The Infinix Note 11S is equipped with a 6.95-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, a 180Hz touch sampling rate, and a screen-to-body ratio of 91 percent.

The device is powered by MediaTek’s Helio G96 SoC, up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 128GB of storage. The device also includes extended virtual RAM of 3GB. By using a MicroSD card, the user can extend the storage space up to 2TB.

The Note 11S features triple cameras on the back. It has a 50-megapixel f/1.6 primary sensor, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor in the setup. The front also has a 16-megapixel camera. It ships with Android 11 based XOS 10 skin.

The device comes with a 5000mAh battery and a 33W charger. Additionally, the phone has a fingerprint sensor and supports face unlocking. The device features a variety of connectivity options, including dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, USB-C, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

In addition, the device has dual speakers powered by DTS Audio, a linear vibration motor, as well as a 3D graphene film for heat dissipation.

Taking these specs into account, we can expect the Infinix Note 11S to launch in India for less than Rs 20,000.
