Leaked teaser reveal Huawei P40 series launch date and triple front-facing camera setup

Huawei is reportedly planning to launch the successor to the P30 series later this month. The new series is likely to include three phones: Huawei P40, P40 Pro, and P40 Pro PE. Now, a new leak of the Huawei P40 series has captured quite a few eyeballs.

As per the latest leaked poster of Huawei P40 series, the new series will launch in China on 26th March. The teaser also hinting the powerful camera on the forthcoming series with the hashtag #VisionaryPhotography.

Furthermore, the interesting thing revealed in the teaser poster is its triple-camera setup on the display. So, the series is likely to have a punch-hole cutout for the same. It also shows an outline for the upcoming smartphone which reveals a very thin bezel around the display, including the top bezel.

Now whether Huawei is actually teasing the phone or it’s just a leaked render of the phone, we may only come to know with the smartphone’s official unveiling.

As per the recent report, the Huawei P40 Pro will pack a Penta camera setup on the rear and it will comprise of a 1/1.28” Sony IMX700 52-megapixel Hexadeca Bayer RYYB lens, a 1/1.5” Sony IMX650 40-megapixel ultrawide Cine RGGB lens, a telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, a dual prism periscope zoom lens with 10x optical zoom as well as a ToF (Time of Flight) sensor.
