LG K12+ Leaked, Reveals Specs and Image

LG is expected to launch its flagship G8 ThinQ smartphone in MWC 2019 and the device had leaked several times revealing the features. Now, according to the new leak, the South Korean smartphone maker also planning to unveil a mid-range device dubbed ‘LG K12+’.

Tiger Mobiles publication posted the image which shows off the front side of the phone. The image hints at the 18:9 aspect ratio display similar to the LG Q9 which was launched last month.

The LG K12+ is expected to feature HD+ display with a resolution of 1440 x 720 pixels along with 280ppi pixel density. Under the hood, the device will be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 processor clocked at 2.0GHz paired with 3GB of RAM/ The device could launch with 32GB of internal storage. As per leaks, the smartphone will run on Android 8.1 Oreo. In terms of optics, the LG K12+ likely to boast dual-camera setup on the rear and it will be backed by 3,000mAh battery. LG is yet to confirm the device and the other specifications of the device is unknown for now.

Meanwhile, LG made a new post yesterday which confirms the arrival of the LG G8 ThinQ at MWC 2019 and the teaser revealed 3D ToF sensor of the phone. The 3D TOF sensor enables more secure face unlock similar to Apple, Huawei and Vivo flagships. This sensor will enable the device to capture better selfies and the technology increase the accuracy of its 3D face recognition system. A few weeks ago, the company posted a teaser hinting touchless gesture support on the G8 thinQ.
